Metal stud walls are relatively cheap and very sturdy, this is a great low weight solution to converting rooms to a different size or adding rooms and cupboards etc.
Almost any shape or size is possible and there is choice of finish , choice of board for different purposes such as sound insulation, fire proofing, hygeinic etc
Suspended ceilings are most common in office, retail and comercial enviroments, these are a great cost effective lightweight way of completely changing the look of an area no matter how large or small.
Giving a clean crisp look that can be selected for any eviroment to give the required deco finish, or to help with the light reflection, sound absorbsion, heat insulation. etc.
plasterboarded ceilings are also a common choice for many different enviroments ​to household to commercail. these give a surface ready for plastering and can be fixed by metal frame work or building timbers.
